Japanese Oiled Pasta with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Tasty minestrone made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.

Ingredients:

Serves 2
  • 3 small Tomatoes

  • 3 pcs. Broccoli

  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1 packet)

  • 80g Short Pasta

  • 20mL Olive Oil

  • Pepper as needed

 

Preparation:

Boil the pasta and broccoli. Add contents of 1/3 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi and olive oil to a bowl and mix well. Add the boiled pasta, broccoli, and tomatoes to the oil and dashi blend and mix. Sprinkle some pepper.
