Enoki Mushroom Pizza

A delicious pizza accented with the spiciness of Kuze Fuku & Sons Enoki Mushrooms with Seven Japanese Spices.

Ingredients:

Serves 1-2
  • 5 Tbsp Kuze Fuku & Sons Enoki Mushrooms with Seven Japanese Spices

  • Pizza crust

  • Chopped Basil

  • 1/4 Yellow bell pepper

  • Tomato or cherry tomatoes

  • Mozarella

Preparation:

Slice tomatoes and bell peppers. Break mozarella into small pieces and spread around pizza crust. Add tomatoes and bell peppers. Spoon on Enoki Mushrooms evenly around the pizza crust. Sprinkle on basil. Bake in the oven at 400 F until curst turns a slight golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
